He lost to Cerrone. Had 2 less than stellar splits against Gil and Pettis before the title fight.
No one thought he had a shot against RDA. Though he deserves props for that W.
Lost the belt in his next fight.
If you call him elite, I won’t argue that. But it’s not like he was on a dominant run at any point. So maybe not so clear cut.

Man big win for t-city, happy for that guy been pulling for this dood for a few years now and his stand up has really came along at a rapid pace, hes a problem.
New generation taking over in the UFC right now, fun to watch.

Nunes and Anderson should be okay comp for Cyborg... Anderson is kinda like Holm in the fact that she is strong enough for Cyborg... I think the best fight for Cyborg is a boxing match with Claressa Sheilds... I know they have sparred together and she would get beat but at least it would do numbers.

Man we have this debate after every card. Some people just like to throw terms around so it fits their narrative. I like to call it The Fox News Method (TFNM for short). Much like Aldo, I have a hard time calling Frankie 'washed' or not 'elite' because he FINALLY lost to someone that wasn't already a champion/challenging the title of a division.
