STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

400

Looks like a good meal :smokin

And I'm at 219lb...
I hear you, Ive been trying to get big as possible without looking like a beached whale. Just at my height its hard to walk around at anything over 200. Its crazy though, Im watching these vids on babyslayer and he is a monster. Bulked all the way to 385

bro, if i could OHS 225lbs, id be looking like Rich Fronning

nah thats a 95lbs i believe....i usually max out my 1 rep OHS at about 125lbs

its a challenging move, not much to do with strength or how much you can actually do, but more of a propper form.....there is dudes in my class who are in great shape and can lift very heavy, that could barely OHS 65lbs
Yeah you never know though cant judge a book by its cover. I do like using bumper plates though, 315 looks like about 500lbs

Absolute BEAST bro...

OLY lifters are my absolute favorite to watch man.....peep that snatch dude pulls at the end in the back... :eek

KSteezy those weights confuse me, thats not 225 right?

Bumper weights, hard to go back to Iron weights once you start working out with those. Different size plates become aesthetically unappealing, :lol.

OHS and Snatches are my biggest weakness right now.

whats most impressive, to me, is that forearm and wrist flexibility to support that weight. crazy.

If you have you're form right, the brunt of the weight is in the "rack" position. You're not supposed to support weight with your forearms or wrist, that will lead to injury.

Correct, your arms are literally doing 0 lifting, is all legs and lower back, correct me if wrong

Correct, arms are only a guide, if you feel the weight is going forward you lift your elbows to keep your back straight.

Ive heard some people talk about discomfort when it comes to the placement of the bar on their front delts, they say it feels like theyre about to pass out lol

Cold photo.

Just got out of the shower.

I'll uploaded a better one tomorrow. At the gym.

My goal is 8% body fat this cut.

Yeah, the same for me.

I got down to 9% body fat last Xmas.

I just started eating extremely clean, the intense cardio starts next week.

Got excited and carried away with lifting heavy again, my shoulder held up well.

Lol guess you have to be part of the "in crowd" in this thread to get questions answered. It's all good though. Will Google some good bodybuilding forums to check out...

All this Incline chest work is working. My upper chest is coming in.

I'll continue to bulk till March 1st,then I'll do a slow cut till mid May or so. Go back up to maintenance, and prepare to start another bulk by August.

I actually looked at your post history to find your question and didn't see anything. Unless it was something you asked 6 months ago?

That blue font hurts my eyes like someone is stabbing me with a smurf finger over and over again. Ill answer your question if you ask it...

i think he wants his posts to stick out

no need for the blue font

Can someone recommend me a mass gainer? Trying to bulk up this winter. I tried the over eating thing but it's a lot harder than it sounds...lol

Dat der development

Wow, good job bruh. What's your routine and diet like? Haven't been in this thread in a while cause I'm just starting back after suffering a back injury last year. Trying to gain during the winter...

Basically trying to get a good bulk diet and routine list. Already been eating clean and taking my whey protein with almond milk since Sept 4th but I don't think eating enough. Also looking for some other energy boosting carbs other than bananas cause I've been killing those lately...lol

**edit** Been using Blue font on here since '01 so it's not gonna change :lol

Looks like the question was directly towards Lucky, also the blue font is unecessary.

Hit up Lucky via PM or Instagram, he'll answer.

Bulking is different for every individual, what's your body type? how much do you weigh now? etc.

Lol like I said, been on NT since day one and a member since '01 under my previous name ChicoCummings and have always used this font. This is the first time I've ever heard people complain about it... :\

Anyways, the 2nd question was directed at a specific person but could use any feedback. Body type is slim build 6ft3 210lbs. Thanks bros
