Get a sandbag. Fill up if you got a beach nearby or just cop some from home depot. Def moving some weight there.

Sneak over to the park at night and use sand from.the sandbox.

Anybody own a Swiss Bar? I already have a regular barbell but I like the variety one of these could add.

If anybody recommends one, any place still have them in stock?
 
While this virus thing has dampened the heavyweight ethos, it has been excellent in regard to overall conditioning, speed and high rep training. Core work has been dynamite as well. Planks, reverse crunches, torso twists, full sit ups, bird dogs, all being done consistently with great result.

I've never been a big fan of kettlebell swings, but they do help to add to explosive strength, especially when coupled with lateral hops.

All this Covid happened 3 weeks after I started doing weighted planks. Hopefully Yoga will help me keep some of my gains

still doing insanity and hitting a trx circuit...while it’s not terrible, i miss hitting weights :frown:
 
I run on the street. Mofos look at me crazy like I just stole something but i gotta look at something while running.

did a crazy lil Hiit circuit before I ran fora warmup.
