this is my first time doing it
i started doing it lose weight i gained after having back to back knee surgeries. I lost about 30lbs. i think i did it 3 or 4 times through

Local suppliers are even out.
Home gym was always thought about but who knows how long this goes on. Mats, foldable rack, iron weights (they were out of rubber and competition plates are expensive AF), 1000lb capacity bar (out of standard bar), adjustable bench, 25lb kettlebell, weighted vest - all in about $1100.
Good quality stuff and I’ve been to several gyms they outfitted.

get resistance bands was able to get a good squat in which itI have Insanity but interested in something that is more muscle building/ resistance training.

What’s the deal with the 55 lb plates? My gym just got some. I’m used to 45 lb so I was surprised when I saw them
