STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Back day was today for me, so I decided to hit some rack pulls instead of pulling from the floor. Forgot how well they hit my back, gotta add them to the rotation.

Down 15 since May too, we in the fight.

Man I miss squatting and deadlifting heavy, but with playing ball 4x a week it doesn't make sense and is detrimental.

I remember in my earlier days of lifting I could get up to 105ish 5x5 ATG. Weighing only 60kg I felt pretty strong. Managed to start 5x5 again and go up to 90kg with proper form etc.

Definitely worth dropping the ego, work on your form. I see a lot of cats in the gym with incorrect form, lifting massive amounts of plates.. to top it off they yell at the top of the rep like they're damn Sharapova lol.

Does anyone else train for a specific sport i.e. basketball or purely for body building?
