I’m an idiot. Week 5 Ed coan and I thought my top set was 405 1x2. Did that and the backdown set.

I look back at the program at the end of my workout and realized I was supposed to do 405 3x3.... went BACK and did a set for 1x3 and tore 2 calluses with blood all over the bar. I couldn’t have done another set. I was gassed smh

I keep my hands shaved down so they never really "tear". Had that **** happen like once.:smh:

living in the Bay Area i’m waaay to spoiled weather wise. anything below 55 is freezing and anything above 70 is hot :lol:

WOD'll prolly take an hour, if not more. Can't go too fast or I'll be too smoked for Upper. Already know legs are smoked for Lower on Tuesday.

Just checked the weather forecast, Monday's supposed to have a high of 91° w/ 58% humidity.

Goes from 70s-80s last week to cold *** rain this week.

Then summer we get 80-110 and humid af and winter is -30-30. So yeah I can deal with whatever. But I prefer hot.
