After hitting my DL PR with conventional over my hybrid I was doing. I'm going to be trying more conventional
 
Been two to three weeks since I lifted. A week and a half of a nasty stomach bug followed immediately by a nasty eye infection that's still bothering me.

My eye is still in pain. But at least it doesn't look like a swamp anymore.

I switched over about 2 months ago. It's a more hip dominant movement so work on that mobility. I found that really focusing on driving thru with my hips made sumos easier to learn.

I was going through the motions and it felt different. I'm hoping to take some of the stress off my lower back. Will sumo help with that?

Haven't lifted in a week and probably won't try again until next weekend. My arm is still kind of messed up and not trying to make it worse.

Good news is I'll be able to go 5x again since I started a new job.
