Hit 405 for a solid single last night on bench to gain some confidence back since squats have been going terrible, hit 365x4 before that single followed by 365x5, 365x3 then 225x15 for funsies. 

Then hit over 100 reps on incline/flat DBs, finished off with pec dec and triceps 
 
Finally found an apartment and it has a gym...Hoping I can start getting back into a routine.

Got damn boss you skrong. What weight did you start out at when you started seriously lifting? And what are you at now? If you don't mind me asking

Been a week since i've touched a barbell. Just been doing some bodyweight/cardio stuff at home. 
 
Wont let u get it if u already did it.....but maybe if u still have a code from last time u can now order. My boxes have shipped
 
Taking today and tomorrow off lifting and Doing something outside today and I'll call it cardio.

Yea amazon was stopping people from ordering multiple also. I wonder if that was just a day to day thing tho

I weighed in the 195-205 range when I really started trying to get strong, I weighed in at 253 last Saturday morning.

So has anyones pre workput ever done that after sitting in a food cabinet covered with the fresh bag for 5 months
