look into the Jefit pro app. lots of preset work out plans that lets you time and log all workouts as you go. tons of plans on there from bulking to cutting.I need to lose like 10-15 lbs and tone up a lil ...anybody got a good workout plan for that ?

Hit 405 for a solid single last night on bench to gain some confidence back since squats have been going terrible, hit 365x4 before that single followed by 365x5, 365x3 then 225x15 for funsies.
Then hit over 100 reps on incline/flat DBs, finished off with pec dec and triceps
