:lol I never actually play while on a machine or anything. I make sure to step aside. If I was getting in the way though I think I'd deserve much more than an ice grill

OHS more impressive than squatting? I don't think so about that one, maybe more impressive because not many people can do them.

I think after a year of solid lifting you should be hitting 2 plates on bench easily, harder to say for squat and DL but close to 3 on both if you have been following any kind of strength program.

That what makes it impressive to me. Anybody can back squat, work consistently and eventually squat massive weight. Just like benching.

But OHS, it will expose everything about you. mobility, core, strength

My gym is an actual Pokemon gym btw. Double gains on the treadmill.

I've never tried to ohs but I can front squat like a son of a gun.

I'm way too lazy to play that game. It takes too much work to walk around and stuff. Lmao

I would mess with pokemon heavily if they did have a version of it on the phone that wouldn't require walking around

No they definitely can't lol

If you don't know what you're doing programming and diet wise then you can stall for years, like this guy at my old gym who was benching around 2 plates when i first stepped into a gym and is still only hitting that maybe like 10 pounds more. Do you go to a commercial gym? There are very few people at any of those that hit massive weights on any of the big 3. Only people that do OHS are olympic lifters, I've only ever seen one guy do them in person period, they are impressive no doubt but Ray Williams squatting 950+ in just sleeves is more impressive than any OHS in my opinion.
