any suggestions on electrolyte powders for intense cardio days? i drink gatorade often but the sugar content in it is just :x . tried coconut water also but it just got way too expensive.
Could be wrong but isn't this what BCAAs are for? Mid workout and recovery ?
At least that's what I used them for I got a tub like 3-4 years ago and barely used any, stopped working out until like 3 weeks ago and now I might take some again. Idk if it's expired tho, there's a mark on the bottom right over where the year is
I wish I liked coconut water, **** seems so refreshing and it's good for u. Can't stand the taste tho :x
