rare ftw, my dad taught me thats the onyl way to eat a steak.

That chart seems a lil off to me once it hits the medium rare mark, but maybe that's me.
Went to the gym today to start getting back to shape. I'm so ready to get past this phase. Tired and feel like didn't do much. Numbers are low. Hot damn

I'd rather dl but if my legs are super sore and I know dl will be a fail at least I can still pull some weight on rack pulls. Only time I do them.

Whats yall opinions on the sauna? Never really messed with it but thinking about going maybe couple times a week after my workout.

I had no idea there was a blue. That looks absolutely disgusting. I would say a perfect steak for me would be between the medium rare in that picture and the medium.

Medium rare looks too undercooked to me and medium looks too overcooked/dry

Medium well looks well done to me :lol
 
rare is a little too juicy for me.. medium-rare is the sweet spot

I do order rare if I'm getting takeout though

Wow I thought I was the only one who did that. I would order my food undercooked and cook it a little more to my liking at home.

I'm in the medium to medium-rare category. Anything more than medium is an abomination, any cooked less than that is just weird

The rare was great that i had on Saturday tho.
Everything about that restaurant was just awesome. Couscous the suscatash(sp?) Mussels and bisque it came with and the 100 craft beers. Great cheat day meal

I've had sushi grade beef raw and it was delicious. The restaurant was calling it Kobe beef but I have a difficult time believing it was actually that because of the price point
