The ankle area, even light walking for 5 minutes I feel it. Dont get me wrong I can walk all day long since I do construction, but the pain is there nonetheless.Where your pain at

For all you runners, how do you guys deal with callous'?
I run a couple miles and start to get a callous. Thicker socks? Special socks? Or that's normal?
Damn man.... Pre Jym + Pre Kaged is my favorite pre workout.... but I might have to try this out...

??? Yall serious? Strength training. Look up stronglifts, you actually maintain your caloric intake, build muscle and strength while burning fat. Basically lift heavy.
