Anyone dealt with tennis elbow or elbow discomfort? Have given myself the week off from lifting to see how it reacts.
I think I might have this.. More details? Imma do some research.. But I've worked through it.. It only affects me when I flat bench, dips, and tricep push downs

although it was super hard to do... I took 3 months off from lifting to cure my elbow/wrist issues. best decision I ever made :smokin
