I'm 28. Headed to Vegas next week. I generally don't get **** faced anymore but I'm going to be forced to.
 
Anyone heavy into meal prep? I was thinking of starting a sub thread on it, share recipes, prep ideas etc. Let me know what you think. I'm big into it.

i know theres already a foodie thread....but meal prep...idk. doesnt hurt to try?
 
you build yourself up so you can go to vegas and flex on all the hooes. then you break yourself down because you flexed too much. then you hit the gym to rebuild yourself for the next vegas trip.
 
Doing Vegas sober this time in a couple weeks. :lol

Ended up throwing up right outside Hakkassan during my last trip. Never was that big into drinking so I'm pretty lightweight.

Man. Did Double Grace today. 135lbs finished in 9:58. Also was able to PR in power clean + split jerk at 217lbs too.

Ah man....You should of went for the triple. Right? A triple grace would beat a double, Right?
 
Squats 205 lbs 5x5
Front Squats 135 lbs 5x5
Deadlift 185 lbs 5x5
Lunges 225 lbs 5x5
 
Did 5x5 Power cleans today. We'll call it back and hip day so we don't confuse the bro's in here.
