I would agree with Froning being half-natty. There are some Day in the life vids of him on YouTube. He beasts all day so I can see where he keeps his physique.
 
how much processed sugar is in those fruit/peach cups?

a lot :lol: which would be pointless if you are trying to eat clean/healthy

better off just eating a whole peach or two

i used to eat those things, the sugar water is :x i dont even call that fruit in those fruit cups
 
Just did squats for the first time in months, my legs :x Form was crap as well, to far over my toes. Didn't think I would be this sore with all the snowboarding I have been doing but it is a whole different kind of soreness.
 
Idk about the veggies but I'm guessing the meat is in the freezer.

I normally go to BJ's and get a huge case of eggs and put them in a bowl then in the fridge. Takes up less space.
 
Well, first day back in the gym after 8 days down wit the flu. It was ruff. Felt like like I lost a lot of my strength and stamina. I guess that will take some time. Had to take it easy...
