I just don't know whether I want to cut at all. I have a slight bit of fat on me, but cutting would take 8-12 weeks...

I think I'd rather make more progress than just try to get lean for a season.

I have to run solo. I don't mind lifting with someone but running I spend too much time concentrating on pace and breathing. I can't talk to anyone during a run. But I'll check that site out for new races.

I talk while I run because of the military but having a running buddy helps get me out the house. No matter how tried I am or try to talk myself out of running.

Back from the holidays and my New Years trip to Montreal and NYC where I ate and drank everything in sight.

Back to the grind fitfam, ready to do work in the gym and in the kitchen, no excuses.

Some old guy losing 37 pounds by eating only 2000 calories a day doesn't prove anything other than total calories in vs calories out.

The debate with if it fits your macros comes in with building muscle and proper recovery.
