Shoulders are a "pull" muscle, right? Wouldn't it make more sense to burn them up during a "pull" day instead of in a push/chest day if you really are going for a push/pull split? To the dude up there. Maybe I'm missing something.

no they're a push muscle(anterior/lateral). rear delt is on pull day tho.

I swear, I'm beginning to hate Mike Chang every time I see one of his advertisements on Youtube.

Trying to give people "quick" and "shortcut" ways to get in shape :{

^
He sprinkles some good advice here and there but damn. Good way to get into peoples pockets I guess...:rolleyes

Time to reach the next level of goals, drop the BF% and kill some PR's, good luck at your gyms today gents.

Right the anterior head can be recruited during some chest movements. I still would argue that you can recruit it without the need of pec movements. Or at least give it more focus than just doing flat bench and calling it a day on shoulders. Like neutral grip front dumbell raises or something. I would dump all that in a pull day along with the lateral/posterior head stuff. I'm just speaking to what I think would make sense for me. Appreciate the response.

you can try Animal Cuts, it's a pretty popular one in the bodybuilding world.

but honestly..it's best to do it naturally instead of taking diuretics and thermos.

most bodybuilders only take Cuts before their show to help with the definition.
thanks man; will def look into this one
and its not really for me
more for my girl
just becareful... these type of pills can do harm to the body like your kidneys.

Any way to make hands bigger? no matter how long i've lifted I still have these small dainty hands with great forearms/arms.

focusing on your triceps can make your hands look bigger , some people think that big hands mean big biceps but its the opposite because BIceps(2) < TRIceps (3) .if you have long arms its also harder/impossible to make em look big than havin short arms ( some ppl have arms that are almost to their knees while others hardly go past their waste )

Day 2 of 180 days of clean eating and mean training. Strive for greatness like the rock.

FML but I love challenges.

Chest day after darts! I love midnight gym sessions

They are when it comes to bench

Max and heavy don't mean the same thing either smartass

also people on a PPL routine often have 2 different push days. one focuses around the bench press and the other around the OHP.
atleast thats how i did it and think its the most efficient way to do it.

now that we are on the subject, im thinking of going back to PPL again.
