List the times that the racial slur was used, and what part of the store this took place. Be sure to include the store number as well.
The only way to fight this type of thing is through documentation, and letters.
Continue to go to work with a positive attitude like nothing happened, and watch the letter and documentation run it's course.
It may take a while, but I can assure you that someone is going to be out of a job before the franchise risks a civil rights lawsuit.
