So Dream sold 75% of catalog for 23 mil. Somebody posted but I ain't paying attention to the #'s. I hope he kept Umbrella and Single Ladies. That's money forever.

Maybe he bout to take that 23 mil and invest in something but owning those songs is already an investment. I don't know but when you own those songs you get money every time a company wants to use that song in a commercial, movie, sample, any type of use. Dream strikes me as one of those who like creating but dont wanna do all the other intangibles to be a star so this is him probably just cashing out on the artist side of things

the skater esque look was def a thing before Kanyes 07 era where he really began that slim down streetwear look.
I think in general everyone was kinda moving towards that. Kanye and Wayne had the right stylists/consultants. Its fascinating how much the stylists actually control.

Bruh I was in high school when ****** made the transition from name brand Jean's and Blazers, to colorful skinnys and big *** shoes. Had **** to do with Kanye. 13-14 year olds wasnt ****** with him like that off 808s. Skinnys started popping out here once Jerking became a thing.
