Why y'all keep responding to "nobody" baffles me. (pun intended).
Anybody (intelligent) know why he wasn't charged with "aggravated manslaughter" also? It's basically an enhanced charge of manslaughter that's used when the victim is a minor, elderly, or a fire and rescue person.
Or maybe it's automatically considered when a person is charged with manslaughter. I don't know, I just wanted somebody to clear that up, since I've heard anybody talk about it.

He'll get a sentencing date, when that will be? Who knows. This particular judge has a history for giving a lot of time tho.
