That hats probably my fav one. I couldnt find one without a patch for a minute (dont care for patches anyways), but the 89 WS patch on that hat doesnt even make any sense. If they had that in stock my size id give the one with the patch to the next homeless man i seeDead at incorrect side patch

Fitted of the day for the game. Lids killed these chrome joints. This one > the hat club joint for sure.

I still have my "curver" back from when I made my very first online purchase ever around 2000, a White Sox 1917 pinstriped retro New Era from hatworld.com, which was then bought by Lids, which has since then been bought by Fanatics. I need to dig it out.

Topperz man. I don’t want to hype them too much. But yeah. New favorite shop. From ordering Wednesday morning to my doorstep Monday afternoon halfway across the globe (with free shipping and including or not including the weekend) needs to be said and credited.
I wanted just the swinging kitty but saw they had a green under angels still sitting, so I found two others plus a coupon code to get it to around $38/hat.
I didn’t realize the glow in the dark tigers was a black crown. I usually stick to team colors 99% of the time.
Hard to see but the swinging kitty has raised stitching on its head only (with the top of the bat flat and essentially behind him).
This turned out to be an absolutely home run. None of these are Bangladesh. All are China made.
The two tone Red Sox is the most true to og form as it’s the only one with a white band and wool. The others go black band with poly.
Other technical aspects
Only the Red Sox has that perfect old school rounded edges flat batterman. Both tigers have flat battermans but they have more of a rigid rectangle border/shape. And the angels two tone has a weird double border (red outline) with a larger than life batterman. So there’s some technical aspects where most of these don’t even need battermans to be ‘authentic’

They have some weird restock timings. I wanted the one you got a month or so back but missed it by a few hours. I think I’ve missed 7-8 releases by various websites. Nothing is inherently unique guys. Remember that when you spend $150 on something. I think a few swinging kitties had a visible side flag and grey under. But this one is right to spec generally speaking. Green under and no side patch? Dream come true.
I got their 89 angels late summer 2021 with a grey under and was lucky to get the restock of the corrected green under (both battermans are wrong though).

No idea but they appear to only release now on their own website ( https://www.lidshatdrop.com/ ) and not the main lids website. Their prices also went up. I wonder how many other releases will they put on their and not the main website? I’m guessing quantities are limited on the hd releases?

Lids Hat Drop are only online via that site. It’s completely different than lids.
This was their first drop. Someone said it was 83 per team per style for this drop. The 2 tones flew off the shelf. I was able to grab a Dodgers which is really the only one i wanted. Glad i missed on the rangers cuz now i can grab a different one i wanted.

can you use the access pass 20% off for new era on field authentic collection caps? I’m trying to get a guardians cap for near or under retail. Once they did their switch over, it seemed like it was never worth it again to have an access pass. But If you can save $9 off of every cap, a one time $10 fee is a bargain.
