\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

still love da hemi, but my hood is innudated with chargers & challengers & i thought to myself..."hmm ive never seen a actual ZL1 on da streets other than maybe a chance encounter on da highway"

Camaros are abundant, but not da ZL1, only RS V6 and sometimes a SS.

Nice ninjahood ninjahood , when did you pick up the ZL1?

i seen a bmw 328xi 08' for 9,500 with 85,500km(canadian) opinions? or should i look more towards the 2010-2012 models

Scarborough Scarborough I grew up in your namesake so I'll advise you to look for rust, as that's a 10 year old car now. That said the straight 6 motor is sublime and reliable. How much more of a price difference is there between that '08 vs the '10-'12s?

The red is a 98 Lincoln Mark VIII with 93k on the clock. Light mods, exhaust, Diablosport chip, cold air intake, upgraded MAF, high output fuel pump, and a few more bolt ons. It's a fun sunday driver. The black is also a 98, Lincoln Continental it's my daily, bone stock besides tint. Mint condition with 110k on the clock

Beautiful cars. Kudos to you for keeping them in great shape.

Thank you sir! They are my pride and joy, I'm a Lincoln junkie. And the Mark VIII is my dream car, the moment I saw that commercial in 93 where the Mark ran down the runway with a jet and lowered itself at 60mph with the full factory air ride and a cobra motor? Yup I had a hard on and have ever since lmao!

So I was debating on getting rid of my M6 a couple months ago for a GTR or a RS7 because the M6 had trouble putting the power down below 60 mph and I wanted the awd launch advantage but imo the M6 has the perfect combination of style, power, and luxury so I got another one instead lol. I figured I would get bored of the awd real quick and I was already familiar with the whole BMW thing. It's a 2015 San Marino Blue M6 Gran Coupe fully loaded with a bonus $5,000 M Performance exhaust which I didn't realize it had until I took a closer look and I don't think the dealership realized either>D I have already added the black front grills, M Performance foot pedals, and a Vorsteiner carbon fiber spoiler. Next up are K&N air filters, catless downpipes, bm3 tune, and some other carbon fiber goodies:D

Perfect overcast day earlier for some spit shinin' detail here in NYC today. Then took it to the rock's @ Bayside for firework's show. My baby just hit 2,000 mile's today after 2 1/2 year's of ownership:D
2k miles in 2 years? You need to enjoy that thing more often man.

Nice. Sometimes I wish I got mine in white too. That pearl looks awesome in the sun.

Thanks! She wanted the sonic gray or whatever it is but i think she will be happy with the white in time.

You cant really go wrong with any color on these hatches though IMO...they look great

Congrats on that new car!
I have a couple parts you're looking for and some you may not.

21" Adv.1's
KW V3
AMS Catless DP
BMW Performance wheel w shift lights
Meisterschaft full exhaust
Every single authentic vorsteiner piece. Though I think the front lip is cracked, I have to check.

The vehicle belonged to a close friend of mine. Also my brother has an M6 too w/ a JB4 for sale because he's switched to an ECU tune. All the parts are located in Socal. Feel free to PM whenever you're ready, the parts actually have been sitting for at least 6 months. This is the donor car: https://www.autoevolution.com/news/...s-it-to-pieces-video-photo-gallery-91585.html

It's a 2015 as thats the first year of the GC. Check out the Dyno video as well at the bottom. The wheels were later powdercoated black after he removed the chalk wrap, so the rims look like this at the moment:

2k miles in 2.5 years?

Man go sell that thing to someone who can really enjoy it, since youre obviously not. Serious too, wasting money on a monthly to stare at that on the sidewalk.

Ha that’s funny I was gonna get a sonic grey but it was impossible finding a manual one

Well it's not my DD. My daily is a '96 Maxima. The Chally is my fair weather/summertime toy. It's tough to get in a cruise between work/gym and family but when I do get the opportunity to fire up the hemi I do.

Lol I see where you're coming from but I do enjoy it during the summer, trust me. And nah definately not "wasting money"...it's my dream car and I own it through my hardwork so that's that. Also, it was only on the street side parking because I was detailing it...at all time'a when not in use it's garage kept and covered :-)

Agreed with you, Mark VIII design has held up really well and again kudos to you for keeping and maintaining both cars so well. Mark VIIIs in Ontario, Canada have gone the way of the dodo but Town Cars are still floating around in taxi/limo livery. Like the Cobra badges too. :pimp:

Scarborough Scarborough You can check out that '08 and take a look at the license plates. If it's the original owner selling the car, they should be able to provide you with maintenance receipts and it should be a plate starting with BC or BD. Car looks fairly basic (less things to break) and those photos look like an underground parking lot, so maybe an elderly person who can no longer drive? How competent are you with cars?

Fiat Chrysler Turns Up The Boost Yet Again For The 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye

2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye

At the recent Fiat Chrysler capital markets day, the Dodge and Chrysler brands were notable for the lack of any reference in the 5 year plan. Just because they weren't mentioned, it doesn't mean that at least Dodge has been completely forgotten . For the 2019 model year the long running Challenger coupe gets yet another performance upgrade with the 797-hp Hellcat Redeye variant.

While most other FCA brands including the premium Maserati lineup are getting a range of electrification options in the next few years, Dodge is staying old school with more power from the gas slurping supercharged Hellcat V8 engine. Base Hellcats for the 2019 Challenger and its 4-door Charger sibling gain 10-hp bringing them to 717-hp and 656 lb-ft of torque.

The new Redeye variant doesn't go quite as extreme as last years 840-hp track oriented Demon but it still leaves the factory with 797-hp and 707 lb-ft of torque. The Redeye is based on the Demon engine with a larger supercharger and upgraded fuel system in order to deliver the quantity of high octane hydrocarbons required to generate this much tractive force.

Effectively the Redeye is a Demon minus some of the drag racing specific features such as the transmission lock, drag mode and drag radials Engine power is limited mainly by the new dual snorkel hood than provides more airflow than the prior Hellcat hood but less than the full width scoop on the Demon.

FCA claims a 0-60 time of 3.4 seconds and quarter mile acceleration for the wide body version of 10.8 seconds at 131 mph with a top speed of 203 mph. Unlike the limited production Demon, the Redeye will be limited only by customer demand. Final pricing will be announced later in the summer but it should start around $70,000 and be available in the fourth quarter of this year.

The last 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon has been produced and sold, but not forgotten. Dodge, a division of FCA North American (NYSE: FCAU) has rolled the lessons learned from it and some of its equipment into the just-revealed 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye.

Boasting an impressive 797 horsepower and 707 pound-feet of torque from its supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine, the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye utilizes a Demon engine that has been specially calibrated for the new model. The car will get from zero to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and can do the quarter-mile in 10.8 seconds.

“The Dodge Brothers would be proud that we’re leveraging the power and performance of this proven engine to bring a Demon-possessed Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye to an even wider high-performance enthusiast audience,” said Steve Beahm, head of passenger cars, Dodge/SRT, Chrysler, and FIAT, FCA North America.

Unlike the limited run of the Demon (just 3,300 models were produced for sale in North America), the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye is set to be a mass market model. Pricing has yet to be released but FCA’s executives say it will run about $70,000.

Pre-order and on-sale dates have yet to be announced but the models are slated to arrive at dealer lots in the fourth quarter. The 2019 Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye will be produced at the company’s Brampton Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada beginning this fall.
