Yes I was sprung, I was on the rebound and I don't expect you to know how that goes but usually leads to very bad judgement calls....my boy had a hook up on condos down there, we drove together, got him a girl and spent the weekend with mines

A woman can't raise a man. She can do her best and raise a productive member of society but that not a man.  Thats a citizen.  A young man needs positive male influence whether he gets it from home, school, family, etc to understand what it takes to be a man.  The sooner we learn these things the better and having a positive male influence allows us learn things earlier which causes life to be easier and a better chance a living a successful life.  This can be said vice versa about a man raising a daughter. 

This isn't a discredit to any gender and simply the Ying and Yang of life.  One can not be the other.

Anyways, I'll add one last response pertaining to the original topic. I appreciate the men in my life that have helped make me the person I am today. My uncle, for one, taught me to take care of your obligations to your kids, even if you didn't particularly plan for their being. My 9th grade geography teacher Mr. White. The only thing I remember him saying was that "you're already at a disadvantage for being black. Don't shoot yourself in the other foot by being lazy... The world is bigger than College Park". My father, for showing me exactly the man I should try my hardest every day not to become.

Obama needs to fix the educational system in certain parts of this country, this is getting ridiculous. If a man has sex with a citizen, if it like a special type of homosexuality?

Directly involved in my life....nope...I had my uncle for a bit when I was a kid, but he was shot and killed...not much of a "positive" influence because he sold drugs but he was great to me....other than that, I can't think of any...so where do i land in your scale of manhood?
