I haven't seen it, but the reason for my original post was because my son literally said last night that he wants to watch a movie that either ends badly or ends with the main problem unresolved. He has seen none of the Alien movies. I've only seen the first 3.
Do you all think Alien: Covenant could be watched as as a standalone?

Naw you need to watch the movie Prometheus first

Joker Folie á Deux was a mess, way too many musical numbers, I think there COULD have been a decent film but the execution and ending... straight garbage.

Well i was planning to see Joker this weekend or next week but hearing this negative reviews is making me reconsider. The bad scores on Imdb and RT are less than favorable also.
