Some news:

Morris & Goudelock did not receive qualifying offers, so they are both Unrestricted Free Agents... Not sure they will be back.

Also if a team over bids on Clark (Cavs supposedly have interest), Lakers won't try to match it, and he's gone... Which would mean MWP would be staying

Personally I think we need 2 of the 3 (Morris & Clark). Love Goudelock, but he won't find any playing time. But wouldn't mind if he was brought back as well.

morris can kick rocks

chris broussard with his sources saying howard is unlikely to resign with the lakers, on mike & mike this morning. FWIW.

How does Chris Broussard even have a job?

This is old news

Dwight Howard is unlikely to re-sign with the Los Angeles Lakers, according to sources that spoke with ESPN's Chris Broussard.

The main reason for Howard's departure, should he leave, is Mike D'Antoni's system on offense.

Sources say the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets are the favorites to sign Howard.

The Lakers can offer Howard a five-year, $118 million contract, while rival teams can pay just $88 million over four seasons.

Howard hasn't completely ruled out the Lakers, but he did not enjoy playing with Kobe Bryant within D'Antoni's system.

Howard likes the idea of joining the Mavericks, where he would become the franchise player beside an aging Dirk Nowitzki.

The Rockets would be the best option for Howard, according to those close to him. But Howard has reservations about how he would fit in their perimeter-oriented system

 :smh: wouldn't be surprised if in the next couple of days broussard and his "sources" point to Dwight staying. This guy is a clown and definitely shouldn't be taken seriously.

If D12 decides to leave, fine, but I'm definitely not taking this broussard dudes word for it

Howard thinks he could win with hawks, rockets, and mavs?

He is a dumbass. The only team I could see winning is houston but they don't go far

Broussard: He's serious about leaving but I'm told he'd actually love to stay with the Lakers but he just wants to be happy
What the hell does that even mean

I guess it means he is saying he doesn't want D'Antoni to coach, and will come back if he isn't. But there's 3 different ideas in 1 sentence

But still

Morris is buns. i don't know what you guys see in him besides dribble, dribble, dribble, stop, hesitates to pass, passes

I think this is a FIRE D'ANTONI coup from Dwight...

Funny part is... If Dwight wanted D'Antoni to go. Just say that, more Lakers fans would love you that way

darius morris is the future of this franchise. in a couple of years this guy will be better than chris paul and john stockton put together
