I think Josh needs this year big time. Last year was a train wreck, before that it was his personal life, but he was still DECENT on court.

If he can go out there and the #2 next to Wall, then he can still prove to be a very good wing for the rest of his career. Never an all-star again, but just enough to make him a relevant piece in this League. I think the Wizards have a decent shot at being legit next year. They can probably crack a playoff seed. Their backcourt is

, they have Wall and Hinrich with Gil and Young being the guys who will eat up the rest of the minutes, and if Josh can get his game up, while having Thornton start, and filling the rest of their front-court is very promising young players like McGee, Blatche, and then Yi and Hilton to back them up?

They have very good depth, way to turn that team around.

They have to have a lot of pieces go in motion at the same time, but if those pieces do go, damn,

Ithink Josh needs this year big time. Last year was a train wreck,before that it was his personal life, but he was still DECENT on court.

That's the thing... I don't even see Josh being a "very good wing for the rest of his career". Son has dropped down to Quentin Richardson status. And he has way more talent than that.
