The Game Ordered to Stand Trial for 2 Run-Ins

The Game is facing a new set of legal issues.

On Tuesday (Dec. 8), a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge ordered the Compton rapper to stand trial on charges connected to two separate run-ins.

The first incident took place at a March 29 basketball game where The Game allegedly punched an off-duty police officer, who was on the opposing team, in the face. “I was kind of stunned, dazed,” says Onyebuchi Awaji, who claims that The Game said the name of a gang and told him, “I’m going to see you outside. I’m going to kill you.” The Game faces one felony count of criminal threats and one misdemeanor count of assault and battery.

He also faces charges on one felony count of second-degree robbery and one misdemeanor count of criminal threats, which was reduced from a felony. These stem from an incident where a man named Justin Willard was assigned to serve him legal papers on April 11. Willard claims that he arrived with a camera and The Game allegedly jumped over his fence, put his hands on his shoulders, took his camera, and threatened to hit him if he returned.

This is the latest in a line of legal issues for Game. In the past, he has been sued for assault, charged with disorderly conduct, and accused of obstructing justice. He most recently has been taunting rapper Stitches after a member of his team allegedly knocked him out.

The Game is currently free on bail while awaiting arraignment on Dec. 21.

I'm lost. What is this kid honestly trying to accomplish here?

fame?

street cred?

a record deal?

reality tv?

Either one of those would be fine for him. This guy is such a total fraud, you can go back a couple years and see that. Dude went to a private school and was protected, and probably had a friend or two that had GRODT and became infatuated with the rap culture, and gradually started creating this fake drug lord persona. Probably came across Carter 2 and started getting his first ink. Dude is trash and is basically a juggalo.

That lady interviewing him is annoying as f. Riding his D the whole way. Got Dammm. I dunno why but she was irritating me the whole time. Must be her voice or something.

Dude got beat up by 2 guys who were smaller than him...made it seem like he got packed out by a gang of ******.

Time for him to give it up and go back being a regular white suburban dude. At least that kid Slim Jesus is honest about being soft.
