i wouldn't be mad with either, but when you couple them with 30-year-old sean mcvay, my stomach starts to churn.

paraag would have a field day with those 2.

I was readin more on mcvay and he seems to be a person who commads and gets the respect from players.

**** it, if the niners want to be a great team it all starts with the D [emoji]128520[/emoji].

Power uo the D line and LBs and lets see other teams tryna run on the niners

not just age, but what exactly does he do in Washington? Why the hell would we want to pluck one of their guys? Jay Gruden runs the offense operations, so exactly how much of a role does McVay play there? This guy was only promoted to OC just recently in 2014. 30 years old with 3 years of experience as an OC, and this guy is supposed to lead an NFL locker room? This has to be some kind of joke...

Some of the players are older than him [emoji]128514[/emoji] I wiki'd him and now it all makes sense

"McVay's grandfather, John McVay, was the head coach of the New York Giants in the mid 1970s and vice president of the San Francisco 49ers during their five Super Bowl winning championships."

If you hire McVay and Wolf, you basically are giving even more power to Paraag over the football operations.

"Play calling will be one area that McVay's absence could have a big impact. In 2014, Gruden called the ******** plays despite being a rookie head coach. That task, along with running the whole team, proved to be somewhat of a burden and in 2015 Gruden shared play calling duties with McVay and offensive line coach Bill Callahan.

This past season, though Gruden, Callahan and QB Coach Matt Cavanugh had input, play calling was exclusively the domain of McVay. The young coordinator got the credit when things went well, and took the heat when the ******** offense bogged down. At times last year, the ******** had a bad habit of getting away from the running attack, and McVay owned that when the criticism inevitably came."

Before the ******** he was with Tampa Bay since 2008 so its not like he has 0 experience.

There's more to running an offense than calling plays. You know who helped called plays around here during Harbaugh's tenure? Geep Chryst. Game planning and attacking opposite defenses is even more important. How about being able to be multiple and mold your offense around your personnel? Are you married to one ideology? Or can you evolve?

I know Josh McDaniels can call plays, be multiple AND strategize to pick apart an elite defense. I saw it first hand in Superbowl XLIX when he used a horizontal attack ,including options and crossers, to take the vaunted LOB to the woodshed. They attacked Seattle's size with short-area quickness and intelligence. His offenses look different every week. One week it's I-formation, 22 personnel, power, traps and counters down your throat, and the next it's a vertical spread attack with 10 personnel.

Who gets on a coaching staff at 21. Son is either a wiz kid or well connected.
