This turnaround in Arizona has been a Trump campaign talking point. It's possible, yes, but not highly likely. And either way, it looks like it won't matter because of Pennsylvania (or Georgia + Nevada, or all three).

Man y’all just need to do the math.. Cross multiply the total votes over the current percent and balance it out with X over 100. The total number of trump votes needs is damn near ALL of the remaining votes.
