Also, I think when Bernie's VP choices would either be Warren (if she's willing), Kamala, or Castro. I don't see him picking a boring middle of the road white man/woman like Tim Kaine

The election is a toss up no matter who runs, because of the EC advantage Trump has. And the fact the GOp cheats like ******* crazy. The except is Bloomberg will suppress some excitement on the left.
It really might just come down to winning PA, MI, and winning either AZ or NC. Not that hopeful about Wisconsin. Seems to be turning into another Ohio.

I suspect that's largely because of the reverse migration of older black Ppl and young ppl of all races leaving the Midwest in droves. At this point Dems are better off shooting for NC or Georgia than Wisconsin. As weird as that may sound.

I think another thing has to do with the erosion of unions. Some white folk that used to vote Democratic because it was part of their identity as a union worker. Without that, their regressive racist views dominate.
Plus Milwaukee and Madison might not be big enough to make up for all racist rural areas.

trump is the only one running that we have already know is going to go unchecked. on the other hand with how splintered the dems/left is, no single dem candidate will be able to move with out being checked, including bloomberg. all dem candidates will also have natural opposition from the right. ill take any dem over 4 years of more unchecked trump enacting policies and filling the courts

you might be right. perhaps it's because of my location that i was seeing a lot of Steyers advertisements. i looked into what he was running on and i was surprised at how close his politics/platform were to Bernie's and more progressive Dems. abolishing private prisons, wealth tax, immigration/border reform, i actually liked Steyer's stance. but like you said, he probably never really got off the ground to begin with. nonetheless, i never knew i'd consider getting behind a billionaire.

While I truly hope you’re correct in your feeling that Bernie will win the nomination; I just can’t see the Democratic Establishment allowing it. With how many candidates who plan on staying in this thing until the very end, it’s going to be nearly impossible for one candidate to get the outright needed delegates to secure the nomination. The Super Delegates won’t allow Bernie to win. Bloomberg or Biden is their preference.
It’s a bit ironic that Democrats champion the fight against voter suppression until it threatens their power. The candidate who receives the most votes in the Primaries should be the nominee period. Basically the party who wants to oust the Electoral College has one of their own, Super Delegates.
With all that being said; I truly hope the ticket will be Sanders /Abrams and anyone else would probably guarantee a second term for Trump imo.
I mean it - like 100%.
