Trump's approval rating ticks up to 44 percent while voters say they want Democrats to control Congress
Despite President Trump's approval rating going up a bit to 44 percent, voters are looking for a shakeup when it comes to Congress.
According to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, close to half of voters want Congressional candidates that will serve as a check to the president's power. The number of voters who feel that way is at 48 percent, while 23 percent said the opposite.
