But my points on college swimming/lia Thomas were rather simple

1) college swimming programs are getting shut down on a yearly basis and it’s only going to continue to get worse with things that are coming up.. so less born women are going to get opportunities and that has nothing to do with the sex you were born as

2) when you have multiple born women breaking records (and they are the only ones at the meet being discussed doing so) and never actually discuss them, it’s hard for me to actually believe anyone’s outrage is really for their benefit.. you have layup opportunities to celebrate women doing unprecedented things, but the girl who came tied for 5th continues to have a platform

3) the sport of swimming’s governing body ruled on the issue, hence why lia Thomas was in court and not actually attempting to make the US team

This is rude, crude and brutally honest about workplaces dynamics. And Democratic politicians should talk about the workplace and the inherent conflict between workers and their boss. (Obviously with cleaner language)

Democrats don’t even have to be that much more econ left in terms of policy.

Simply talking about workplace issues forces conservatives to become the ones who are now defending widely unpopular institutions and practices.

When you avoid discussions about class and labor, the right can put the left on the defensive. The right values capitalism and the idea of capitalism, as do most voters, but most voters probably don't like their boss and/or their job overall. Make conservatives defend bosses and the workplace rather than some nebulous ideal of free enterprise.

Make conservatives into the dorks who defend unpopular things.

Moreover, we should frame left economic policy not as a charity to the less fortunate (we just saw how the median voter feels about solidarity) but as something that will both help you and your family, economically but also as policies that will vindicate you. We will not only help your family afford groceries but your awful boss will be humbled and a little scared the day after the election of 2028.

It’s not a miracle end all solution. You lose muscle mass at the same ratio if not faster than fat. Meaning you can’t give it to someone who is older. There are digestive side effects too. I have an ex coworker who started using it for weight loss in 2019 and while it worked it ****** him up bad. He got off of it in 2023 because of those issues and he’s back to his old weight.

A physican at my prior job would prescribe it for diabetes but the doctor knew it worked for weight loss so for employees he’d finagle **** to get it prescribed. In case you are wondering how he got it that far back.
