Gotta stuffy that Latino men swing

I'm telling you guys, I'm going to laugh so hard when I read the first article with the headline.

"He voted for Trump, now his parents are getting deported"

Maybe the strategy should be for us to unite based on class struggle ?
There’s a big thing that the Republicans have used to stop this for generations known as racism and xenophobia . But based on the results and autopsies to come it may be that Trump did unite people on a class struggle.

My extremely unpopular opinion: You can't beat immorality with morality and that is what the Democratic party hangs it hat on.

The majority clearly doesn't care about morality.

You have to appeal to their simple interests and let them think that they're benefitting even if they aren't because this is clearly what they want to hear.

We need to stop blaming Democrats for the deficiencies of the American electorate.
I mean, the party has to take responsibility for getting their message to folks in a way at that’s easily understandable
We also shouldn't disregard the impact of the media coverage and the changing media landscape.
another thing that the Dems need to understand and counter.

Blah blah blah. You incels are consumed with hate for women. You literally voted for a rapist man over a prosecutor who happens to be a woman. And this is why normal society, justifiably, doesn’t like you. Not because you’re a man. But because you’re a hateful misogynist. Even Trump wouldn’t want to be around you people if it didn’t benefit him. So congrats on the “win.” At the end of the day, you are still YOU. Just with less rights/insurance/social security/etc.
Talking down to black men vs. calling for their execution when innocent and creating laws that are guaranteed to over police them.

Hmm

mmm...decisions, decisions....
I mean it kinda was though, right?

Why else would a black man vote for a documented racist instead?
Ok.......cool. Yall are free to feel that way. But I'm just trying to give some insight on why this demographic didn't support the Dems. But just keep this in mind, keep calling them incels, misogynistic, and smooth brained and you'll do nothing but ensure that the Dems will not sniff the white house again. They can't win without their support. And sooner tor later the party will have to come to terms with that. A lot of yall seem to have forgotten that politics is all about engagement.

What surprises me is that, given the results, some still attribute these outcomes to "uneducated people voting poorly" rather than recognizing these voters are prioritizing issues that matter to them. There’s a lesson here—not just for Trump supporters but for everyone. Dismissing people as “idiots” for supporting Trump misses the point. Instead, the focus should be on understanding why they’re voting that way and addressing those concerns consistently and early on. Kamala’s campaign centered heavily on topics like Roe v. Wade and Trump’s character, leaving other key issues unaddressed. There’s something for everyone to learn from this.

Trump was in office from 2016-2020, when, where and HOW did he help them? :lol :lol :lol :lol

He left them poor back then, and he’s going to leave them poor again in 2024 and beyond :lol :lol

I'd love to see the numbers on all men. I'd be surprised if she lead any group other than black men and black women
Correct, but she saw gains in white men and women. But major losses from Hispanics. Need to have a conversations there

The major concern now is that, with Trump potentially holding control over the Senate and possibly the House, he could have a stronger platform to advance his agenda with fewer checks. There’s hope that he might reconsider certain policies, especially tariffs, which could heavily impact the middle class by raising prices on goods. Stability in those areas would be crucial for middle-class households.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. Democrats have tried the "when they go low, we go high", "combat anger wlow joy"approach a couple times and it has failed.

Bro no…. He’s not reconsidering ****. He’s going to do project 2025 while the iron is hot. Probably go after his political enemies too.

Am I the only one here who’s paid attention to Trump the last 4 years? He wasn’t reasonable in 2016 when he had handlers and now he has sycophants with agendas. They literally wrote a manual on how they plan to instill an American Oligarchy.

Neglecting the needs of men at the expense of proping up feminism was number 1 on my list. As evidence with the gender gap. And don't get me started on how badly they talked down to Black men during this election.

So…. Trump and co’ talked UP black men? He doesn’t care about you.

You feel threatened by feminism? :lol :lol :lol

You dudes are spineless

I keep seeing people talking about “you have to appeal to their interests.”

Again, I’m genuinely asking: how do you get through to people who call forgiving student loans and affordable healthcare “communism” and “begging for handouts” but are also statistically the biggest recipients of government welfare and subsidies.

Elon and them won out in the end. Money is power. Watching old school fascism come to America like this is wild to also be a part of.

We living in wild times
Citizens United was the nail in the coffin long term, no way to get around it.

The US is very much a plutocracy where elections can regularly be bought and policy decisions are routinely influenced and swayed by special interests.

We're in a golden age of American political corruption and the guardrails/safeguards have been knocked smooth off

Name calling and talking down on fellow Americans like they're inferior because they didn't vote like you is not the way guys.. I didn't vote for him but he won and I respect whoever is running the show as I'm still an American at the end of the day and don't want the country to fail. America has spoken and they made it clear who they want to lead the country, let's stop the doom and gloom and just hope that he can right the ship.
