I'm not Muslim but I don't understand why a Muslim would vote for Trump, especially when Gaza seems to be the biggest issue. Trump is going to obliterate Gaza and there is no internal pushback on the Republican side for any type of ceasefire. Trump and Jared Kushner already have plans to build Trump hotels in Gaza. If you are a Muslim in Gaza, the situation is bad but it's only going to get worse with Trump and power.
I genuinely don't understand the thought process other than "we want to punish Democrats"
Oh well, I don't want to hear these people complaining ever again. I don't want to victim blame and I genuinely feel bad for the people dying in Gaza but I don't want to hear a peep from Muslims in America who voted for Trump.

I agree big picture but it's very hard to convince certain folks that the alternative is gonna be that much worse when their present reality has loved ones getting killed every week for over a year with impunity...
They're gonna wanna lash out, right or wrong, against the percieved responsible parties that they can reach and who's in charge and been providing cover for all of that?
Gotta at least make an effort at offering something tangible/different in that situation rather than making efforts at courting everybody but them, especially when the margins were gonna be tight regardless.

They'll be a lot of consternation and hand wringing over what happened tonight but the Dems have been losing blocks that have been their coalition since Obama was elected.
What will unfortunately turn things back in their favor is Trump not being on the ballot next time (hopefully by legal means) and the GOP screwing the country over which is going to happen anyway.
Only thing really consistent is white men and women showing their *** every single time.

I am totally in favor of trans rights but it's a losing issue for Democrats. You can draw a straight through line from the trans bathroom stuff in 2016 until now.
It's a tiny issue that doesn't impact many people but a lot of normal Americans view it as very weird and have strong opinions on it. It sucks to have to do this to trans people but if I were a Democratic strategist I would distance myself from trans people and totally abandon trans issues. For whatever tiny minority of people you are winning over, you were losing many more

i really think people are underestimating idea that for many Gaza was just a way for conservative muslims to rationalize voting for republicans.
conservative parties in canada have no problem winning muslim voters. as they align on many issues.
seems like this should eventually happen in america.
and you saw it with Muslims teaming up with Christians to ban books in schools.
