Idk about the video but from the photos etc and Hunter’s own admissions about his drug issues, it’s pretty obvious he used crack.
Alleged is the proper standard either way but not using it here can not have any impact whatsoever on Hunter’s due process rights.
It’s not like people who don’t always act like they’re a journalist or in a courtroom care any less about due process because they don’t always use allegedly.
According to your absurd due process standard, you had to say allegedly countless times any time the capital rioters came up, since it took quite a while before the first guilty pleas started coming in.
