Official Pizza Appreciation!

Went to Joe's Pizza yesterday, had a regular slice and a mozzarella slice, both too tier but i have to give an edge to the fresh mozzarella slice. Banging, great for late nights after the bars.

haven't had true deep dish since I went to Chicago back in 2018...I had unos here in NJ a few months ago and it just wasn't the same smh... I guess I gotta go back to the Chi to get that true experience again... maybe I'll try that frozen deep dish pizza y'all were talking about lol

Yeah that’s how the slices look in Jersey(although the edges got hit kind of hard on that pie.) Only thing missing is using fresh mozzarella instead of shredded.

The only way that burnt pizza works is if the sauce is a little more sweeter as it'll act as the best counterbalance flavor wise between both.

Facts. Brick and wood ovens will give a pizza that extra crisp. Not a bad thing and not overcooked. That’s close to true ny style up there with the airy thinner crust. Midwest does the pan and deep dish or square cut tavern. The south and west coast, well hopefully somebody from up north or the Midwest set up shop in your town.

Y'all must like well done steaks

This color crust and cheese is how pizza should be. Not overcooked. Tastes alot better

What microwave did they use?😁

But c'mon now. How you comparing Steaks to Pizza? That's like saying if you like Sushi you must like raw chicken too.

Wood burning ovens...

Yeah, i've never had pizza with black spots all over like that. If leopard pizza is a thing i've never heard of it. Their oven must be hot AF.
