I think the term game manager can be a bit overused, game managers TD:INT ratio aren't usually equal
Alex Smith is a game manager with 12 TD and 3 INT's

And on another note, the raiders always been cool with me ...good to see them improving from bad to the middle of the pack, means the young talent is developing

He led the league last year in deep passes caught over a certain amount of yards. Can't remember the yardage at the moment.
