Are you done jacking yourself off in front of us, or should I wait for your brilliant money shot onto one of our faces?

.

now that the featherweight division is in a state of rapid growth, faber has become irrelevant.

he's 2-3 in his last 5.

and the phd calibre minds of NT's mma crowd argued that faber was to be mentioned in the same breath as the likes of anderson silva and gsp.

Your Cut n' Paste "insight" is nothing different than the stuff you'll see on the sherdog or MMAJunkie forums/comment threads.  So please, spare us the dramatics.

But anyway, as for last night...

It was a crazy night of fights at Arco.  Sacramento always comes out to represent, and this was my 3rd live card I've watched in Sac.  I've seen Faber/Brown II and Varner/Henderson previous to last night.

Lots of fighters were accesible throughout the night, even if we were just lower bowl instead of on the floor.  My wife was able to get pictures with Chuck, Charlie Valencia, Josh Rosenthal, Skyscrape, and Punkass. And a friend of mine stopped  Anthony Johnson for a picture.  For anybody who doesn't believe that guy cuts a ton of weight, I wouldn't be surprised if that guy is walking around at 220 right about now.  He looks huge.

Shout out to my boy Ryan Loco for taking time to come by and say "what's up", even after technical difficulties (f AT&T). Loco was decked out in a shirt n' tie for his birthday.  Happy 29th, man.

Many thanks to my long time friend Mark Munoz for taking the time to take pictures with my son after getting harassed by my wife via text all afternoon.  I can't stress to you guys how genuinely good a guy that man is.  He's definitely someone you can pull for, win or lose.
My thoughts exactly. I don't know how someone can take pride in presenting statements made by others hundreds of times in an MMA forum, and bringing it to a shoe forum, and act so high and mighty. Dude acts like he predicted the coming of Jesus.

Good to hear you had fun, I hope I can make the next big WEC/Strikeforce event up North, sounds like a good time.

I think people forgot that Faber chocked out Raphael Assuncao so this whole shallow divison talk is BS. Faber could probably beat every  single person easily at 145 outside of Aldo and MTB (even though it would be very competitive like the last one). He has no more fights left at 145 though, he should just go down to 135 but I think that all depends on if Benavidez ever gets the belt.

And Aldo is 23, he has PLENTY of time to put on good weight and fight at 155. And he would still be one of the most athletic fighters at lightweight.

Tito was wearing Punishment shorts in pics of when he got arrested.  He promotes that brand whenever he can, even when going to jail.  I don't think i've ever seen any fans wear Punishment Athletic clothes.  Tito is one big fail nowadays.  He can't beat anyone and always uses injuries as an excuse.  He had kids with a pornstar and is now going to jail for beating her up.

In my opinion, Zuffa needs to fully commit to marketing WEC as the UFC of lower weight classes. I know WEC already disbanded their 170, 185, and 205 divisions, but they need to do away with 155 as well... or atleast get rid of the 155 championship belt. It makes the 135 and 145 (and future 125) titles appear less important. WEC has the best collection of 135 and 145 fighters in the world, the same can't be said about their 155 division. It's confusing to market WEC as the premier organization for 135 and 145 and a minor league for 155 at the same time.

You guys peeped the pics of Jenna after that tito beatdown...looked like he armbar'd her

I'm happy for Jake because either way, he's finally arrived...and either way, he's about to get paid.

I'm waiting for someone to photoshop the Punishment logo so that the fist is hitting Jenna in the face.  I should check sherdog.

I'm watching Countdown to UFC 113 and i'm starting to dislike Machida and Ed Soares even more.  Machida says he won the first 4 rounds in the last fight.  Soares says Shogun didn't win because he just kept kicking him and didn't beat the champ.  Machida used to always win by just outpointing people and not trying to finish.  Shogun won that fight by beating him at his own game and outpointing him.  I hope Shogun knocks his unibrow off.

I %@%$*@@ hate Soares, both Lyoto and Anderson have been acting up lately and I truly beleive it is because the crap Soares been putting in their head. As much as I like Machida, I really want Shogun to #@@+ him up

I've met Ed Soares in person a few years back. Twas as nice as can be! No problems with the way he carries himself or speaks for his fighters IMO.

I was just stating my opinion on what I watched.  The fight is in a week so people are going to discuss the matchup again.  It seems like Soares and Dana are boosting Aldo's ego as well.  Saying he can be the first person to win titles in 3 different weight classes.  The way Dana was smiling when his arm was wrapped around Shields was creepy.

When will the Undisputed demo be widely available?  I'm not signing up for that dumb website just to play it.

If I remember correctly, you had Houston Alexander ready to take the LHW division by storm and ready to contend for a title. Since we're digging up the past in an attempt to pat ourselves on the back.
Faber is a damn good fighter. Was an elite fighter at his time. The game evolves. It's really that simple. At his height, he could have been considered Top 5 P4P. Guys like Chuck and Matt Hughes were considered the best of the best at one point, and if you look at their skill set, in hindsight, that's almost laughable now.

Get over yourself. You're hardly the genius you think you are. If you were, you wouldn't have to call attention to it. And let your words and your actions speak for themselves.

You're in this thread quite a bit. So if there has never been any sign of intelligence in it, that should tell you something about yourself.
