Here a few 3 day juice cleanses I am looking into. I've never had a juice "cleanse". Haven't felt it to be necessary considering I don't eat any meat, dairy, wheat, gluten, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, caffeine or processed foods. But I know others may be looking into getting into a juice cleanse and I think the 3 day approach may be all you need.
Juice cleanse level I: 6 juices a day for 3 days.
Juice 1: carrots, oranges, melon, apple, baobab and pomegranate oil
Juice 2: romaine, pineapple, cucumber, basil, moringa leaf, spirulina, jalapeño and dandelion
Juice 3: watermelon, strawberry, grapefruit, cayenne, ginseng, MSM, green coffee bean.
Juice 4: pineapple, lime, coconut nectar, chia seed, mint, blue majik powder, fulvik acid.
Juice 5: cucumber, beets, apple, carrots, cabbage, fennel, maca powder, mucana tribulous.
Juice 6: sprouted almonds, chamomile tea, medjool dates, coconut oil, vanilla bean, stevia, Himalayan sea salt.
Like every detox and juice cleanse it is important to prepare your body if you aren't already as healthy as humanly possible. Here's a few simple things you can do to get a head start in the few days leading up to your actual juice cleanse:
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, sugar and nicotine. These can delay the benefits of your cleanse.
- eat as light and as raw as possible. Consume minimally processed fruits and veggies.
- avoid all heavily processed and fast foods always, but particularly before your cleanse.
- drink plenty of water before, during and after your detox to reduce any side effects.
