B series motors are a bit cheaper and easier to find and a lot easier to swap in.
K20's and very nice though, like it was said take it easy look into it a bit more.

Straight off the "manual conversion kit", don't need it as it's a commuter.

Any places where to get some springs or coilovers? I checked eBay but I'd rather mess with some brands I know. I'm a domestic guy so I'm clueless into this lol.
