Final form Frieza might as well be base form Frieza at this point. It's not homies final form anymore and clearly puts him under 0 strain.

I would've preferred Cell too. But the character development of Frieza this arc is outstanding.
Although, to me it was kinda ironic that he was criticizing the saiyans for playing too much and he practically did the same with Gohan before eliminating Frost. It's not like he's been working with Frost since the beginning and dude wasn't even a threat to Frieza. He eliminated him with a KI blast for christ sake.
