Official DragonBall Z Thread. R.I.P Akira Toriyama. You will be missed

After reading the new chapter of super, Goku is not the complete idiot and monster he was made out to be in the anime.
He literally came in the last second and saved the 8 universes from destruction. Granted, they still have to fight for survival, and we saw this in the anime, but the sequencing in this chapter paints him in a better light than before.

Oh, and watching beerus put in that work was :pimp:

Got some new ink today >D

Why the ROF attire? Just an honest question. His usual attire is more dope imo.

P.S. You just got a tattoo of the Prince of Ls. Jokes

Lets do some math:

-Whis: There's a mortal who is stronger than a God of Destruction that beat Beerus [in an arm-wrestling match]

-Quitela beat Beerus, so the mortal is from Universe 4

-Daemon and Gamisaras are insects from U4 whom nobody can see yet

-Toriyama's style: the weakest/most innocent/vulnerable looking characters are the most brutal

Could these 2 bugs be the ones who actually defeat an unsuspecting/unaware Jiren?

Daemon/Damon/Damom/Daemom looks just like Gamisaras, except D is Green and Gamisaras is purple

There is also a character named Damon (ダモン) in the U4 source code:

Utilizes dodging techniques. Will vanish and then appear in the sky or from the ground. Uses a self-destruct technique. Waits for his opponent to attack, then tries to counter with that technique. Dodges by shedding his skin and leaving his empty husk behind. A cicada.* Insect warrior.

[空蝉 can mean a cicada, a cicada's empty husk, or a "person living in this world". That last meaning there is a metaphorical description of us humans as being just as transient as cicadas, so them using this term for an actual insect warrior might be a joke, like calling Vegeta a "monkey's uncle".]

Lets do some math:

-Quitela beat Beerus, so the mortal is from Universe 4

Is this an assumption or was this established? Does the strength of the god proportional to the strength of the mortals in that universe?

From what I remember the universes "mortal rating" was never defined by how strong the mortals of that Universe is but the quality of that universe (whatever that means) and that's based on how well the god of destruction and supreme Kai do their jobs.
