Wish resale would tank on these compared to every other non-collab Jordan 1 OG High these days.
I tried to sell my used pair on eBay and finally gave up due to lack of interest. They were in pretty good shape at the time.

I’m actually relieved they didn’t sell.

…one of the most underrated 1s in recent years imo.

Yeah I honestly feel like they’ll hold their value well over the years given the current resale price didn’t tank like 99% of OG Highs have.

Beautiful cw and glad you didn’t sell these.

I'm convinced that if JB would simply eliminate all color ways that were this bad or even just mid, the Jordan 1 popularity would still be going strong.

What’s up with boutiques like Social throwing the black toe reimagined up for raffles? I thought they got pushed back until 2025.

With Nike pushing back the release date all these boutiques can either guarantee their pairs will sell out first day retail or they can backdoor them and charge extra.

If they hold and wait to next year that might not be the case.

Sounds like most places are still planning on releasing 10/18. Just the SNKRS drop that got postponed. Maybe Nike/JB is trying something different with 1 releases to drive some sales to boutiques?

Expect every retailer to drop raffles and releases next week. Only SNKRS is being delayed per Sole Retriever.

This is the confusion that happens when Nike doesn’t officially comment on anything

That’s honestly pathetic if they’re doing that to drive up sales.

How about putting out better products instead of flooding the market with trash OG AJ 1 High cws? lol

Boutiques are getting hit hard right now. Depending on their tier they get a lot of garbage that will only sell when heavily discounted and they have no choice but to accept those orders. It wasn't a big deal when all releases sold out and raffled off but those days are far behind us.

Sounds like Nike/JB completely screwed then over.

Idk why Nike/JB simply doesn’t lower retail prices, esp on AJ 1s. $180 retail for GR AJ 1s is crazy and it seems like few ppl are actually willing to pay that price anymore, given how so many releases are going for under retail even before release.

If I wanted to, I could get the Mocha Retro Low on StockX for $117 (before taxes, shipping and that other cost BS).
