StockX canceled my Reimagined Black Toe 1 order.... I got in the day the news dropped about the push back. Now.... they got pairs on Flight Club for the low but ehhhh.... anyone? How are they, never bought from them.

Clearly talking remastered era from 2015-2018. Most of them were readily available outside of the Bred Toes, SBB’s, Chicagos and Breds. Hell, even the royals were easy and a cheap secondary market shoe.

The Black Toe cancelation reminds me of the rumors of the fakes going around... I think they will end up below retail once released because of the January time slot.... too much with Xmas just passed and all star weekend coming up, and no tax money yet.

Flight Club. The pairs are already in sneaker boutiques here in ATL. I think they call it backdooring....

Bred Toes were a difficult cop and Court Purple toes as well but you’re right, for the most part releases like Crimson Tints, B/W Yin Yangs, etc. etc. were easy cops.

Hype on AJ 1s really peaked in 2020-2021. I remember even those 2021 Electro Oranges were reselling for around $200

My biggest regret is not dumping a bunch of DS pairs I’ll never wear during that time (including Crimson Tints lol).

I think we can all agree we should've dumped our DS pairs we never intend on wearing back then. Unfortunately that ship has sailed and now, it's either wear em or sell it for considerably less

So was StockX selling fakes?

Seems like there was probably one big reseller dumping early pairs on there.

You seem unaware that retailers get their shipments weeks (or even months) before release. Do you not remember the same thing happening with the Metallic Burgundy 85’s? They did it even later as Euro retailers had them available for purchase.

StockX and GOAT early pairs (of any release) are being fulfilled by retailers. Backdooring or whatever you want to call it, the stock is theirs to do what they want with after it arrives.

I only see as early as January for the Black Toe's. Those and the Bred's (slated to release in the Spring) are all I care about right now.

The Black Toes are back on GOAT.... lol. I want em but now it's kinda meh.... such a weird space to be in for me as a sneakerhead, all these releases, we see em everyday on our phones.... so much so that when they drop, I can't even get excited anymore. This release/unrelease was a lil exciting last week with the spillage of pairs and Nike postponement. Just to have something before most. But the candle is kinda going out.
