There's a pic AJ 1's in the movie. I think there is more to that tongue tag color and shoe that ties to the movie.

The more I look at them, I'm thinking the same. And it's obviously not a snakeskin texture on the red panels. Doesn't looks like any texture I can think of that has showed up on a pair of Js that I can think of. Also looks like there's a texture on the swoosh. Maybe they're not, but I'm definitely leaning towards thinking these are Spider-Man related.
