Up to you...  get whichever you prefer more.  I think the CM would be better value since it's cheaper but I prefer the AS1's as they have silver accents and don't look as plain.

I havent had a problem in a long while. Are chargebacks still an issue to sellers or are there better standards for sellers.

if they are US based with confirmed paypal account and addresses, I don't see it being a problem.  I usually ask if they require signature just as added protection for myself.

I doubt chi's. They've already restocked them before. Don't see them doing it again in any decent size numbers
