Ok. James Harden is not better than Kobe, but his game is more malleable. It is not always as binary as picking the best guy. To me at least.

If that makes me a dummy so be it. Maybe I have fallen too in love with the way basketball is played now and James Harden's perceived tactical value.

But again, get the jokes off. I knew what I meant and I explained it right after.

If easier means you can only be a specialist and shoot 3s and not be able to showcase whatever talent you have cause he's going to dominate the ball at all times sure.

Just take the L.

Totally willing to take it. The post was totally taken out of context is all I said.

Stop defending him.

All he's gonna do is continue to disappoint

A "superstar" who's a natural born loser that doesn't care if he wins or loses

You deserve better

The context doesn't make it any better. James Harden isn't easier to build around than Kobe Bryant, nor with their postseason record/performance up to that point would make that analysis any more valid.

Question is 3 years later would that statement with your context still ring true? After running off CP0 and asking for Westbrook you still think his game is more malleable?

James Harden deserves blame indeed, but Dantoni/Morey trying to turn basketball into a ******* equation is the biggest reason behind his failures

Absolutely not. James Harden fumbled the rock and traded away a better player for a worse one then proceeded to do NOTHING when the time came for it.

How would you feel if he suited up for the knicks?

Bingo. IF harden never lifts that trophy at the end of his career his hands certainly aren’t clean in this, but morey/mda are the biggest offenders here.

Imma say this, MDA pretty much making Harden a defacto PG unlocked him more as a total player and easier to build around. Would I pick him of Kobe, absolutely not but I can understand antidope antidope reasoning.

Harden can pretty much get anywhere on the floor and make any pass to the open man, him struggling/team struggling against doubles 30 ft from the basket is a product of both him and the team. Even with his as your point, he’s gonna always need a secondary ball handler (not named Westbrook or Rivers).

Still think the Houston Fitness lineup works but you gotta swap out Russ with a decent stretch 5 (*cough cough* Al Horford *cough cough*)

First it was Dwert and McHale.
Then it was Morey for the system.
Then it was only cause he went up against the Warriors.
Then it was CP0.
Now it's on D'Antoni despite the fact that he's had his best numbers under him.
Westbrook getting thrown under the bus even though Harden was the one who insisted on getting him.

None of these excuses work anymore. There's only one common denominator through it all, James Harden he just isn't that guy. He tricked y'all.

Bingo.

Let's blame the person that's made him the best player he's ever been?

Not goin
