At least for now while your starter might have got 90% of the reps that might have to be evenly spread out between your starter, back up and third string because if you can't effectively create a 'bubble' per say like the professionals do how can you guarantee week over week that your starter won't come into contact with someone who has it.

Someone made the point yesterday that how can a team like Clemson, who has a two million dollar budget for testing play a team like, for example Furham who probably has only two million dollars for the entire year for football. There testing standards and procedures are going to be completely different than Clemson's. What is the risk factor? Is there a increased risk factor?
