That's why I think he doesn't get suspended.
He's been a good hard "clean" player but for the most part he always says a lot to the press whether right, whether controversial or just being super super open with the press which the League appreciates.
Dantay's was kind of a snowball effect where Casey had already been on record complaining about fouls, something that led to a fine later on. Cavs had way more whistles go their way for several reasons, with the most important and valid reason being they attacked the basket and Toronto took jumpers but, It's not hard to see how lopsided the calls seemed in favor of Cleveland based on total fouls called, it was almost like a consolation foul/win they give to Toronto by suspending Jones.

This guy thinks that by taking the "not even close to being intentional" approach, somehow it will become true.
Why stop there? Not only should he not be suspended and not only should the flagrant be reversed, the NBA should just erase Thunder's game 3 victory and award the Warriors the W instead for such a huge mistake.
He was already lucky enough that Green wasn't kicked out of the game like he should've been. It was only an 8 point game in the first half when it happened.

Kerr's got to get in the ears of the commish that it wasn't as bad as it seemed..even though it was dirty as ship from horse face. He needs to be suspended for that bs

As much as I want Draymond to get suspended I really don't wanna hear the excuses if the league does suspend him and GS turns around and loses game 4.

Plus unlike Draymond, Dahntay Jones didn't hit Biyombo in the groin in the previous game 2 as well to solidify the fact that it was intentional.
