What are the craziest scoring performances you've seen in your life? This has to be up there.

Craziest scoring performances of my lifetime

1. Kobe 81
2. Klay 60 in under 30 mins
3. Kobe outscoring the mavs by himself after 3 qs
4. Klay 37 in one quarter
5. Brandon Jennings 55 points as a rookie

Not in order and I'm willing to remove 5

I put Kobe dropping 60 at 40 years old up there haha. Nobody saw that coming. Got them the W too.

I always said if anybody were to come close to breaking 70 points again... It would be Harden, Durant, or Klay (ever since 37 in 1 quarter)

But I'm seeing a lot of Kobes name being brought up for comparison. All I gotta say is it's no comparison. Klay still had 2 of the most efficient shooters and scorers on the floor with him.

Which means guys still had to cover them and not leave them open.

Kobe on the other hand was the ONLY scorer on his team. Which means teams were able to double, triple team him because there was nobody else that could score.

When Kobe scored 81, 62 in 3, hell even when he scored 56 in 3 against Memphis. He was the only scorer on his team. Yet he found away to get his shot off and score. I remember Kobe dropping 55 in ONE HALF!

I know Kobe is retired so he's forgotten now. But let's not get carried away!
Which makes sense unless you actually watched the games :lol.

46 shots, 50+ counting the trips to the line, & not a single hard double. Weak help D :lol. They were not overly concerned with getting the ball out of his hands. Jalen talked about it

Same thing here

No aggressive doubles or triples. He has Marquise Daniels on an ISLAND for most of this vid :lol

And again here.

We don't need to create false narratives man. Those performances are great in & of themselves.

Hard to disagree w/ what Bill Simmons tweeted...for the sake of making history, I think it would have been cool to see Klay stay in the game and at least play some of the 4th. As amazing as his performance was, we're now left with a lot of questions as to how many points he would have finished the night with...

Shoulda kept Klay in , I wanted to see him get at least 70 pts

And why is Luke Walton refusing to start Clarkson and/or Lou will right now ? I know they good off the bench but damn every body hurt and the starters is straight sinkin em nightly right now :lol :{ ...even dudes like Crawford n gonobili get the start when there are injuries in the lineup

That would be so disrespectful to the Pacers. Up 30 going for records?

Disrespectful ain't **** when you're aiming for history. Get your feelings outta here...or play better (defense.)

Bruh. We'd have to square up after this...

I still haven't recovered from this. I woke up sick. :x

I'm gonna petition for Daniel Ainge to rescind Albert's contract. Nah, man. your like 6'10 missing a wide open lay in. Inexcusable.

Breh Klay ain't have to **** us up like that b

PG looking like he's just going through the motions out there and not playing with heart man. Not a good sign to see

Just watched the Klay highlights. :x :lol

When Klay gets hot, dude turns into a robot with heat seeking guns for arms.

First team finesse this year
PG
SG Kent bazemore
SF Chandler Parsons
PF Myers Leonard
C Joakim Noah

Not a coincidence Prop 64 is passed & Klay is a top 2 SG again

Miles Plumlee makes Meyers Leonard look like a steal. Put Evan Turner at PG.

You could argue Turner, Leonard, and Crabbe all belong there tho :lol

You really just took 5 minute highlights to argue with my original statement. Which is Klay's performance isn't close to Kobe's performances.

I watched ALL of those games, they were all close competitive games, Lakers was even losing, hell even Kobe's 60 last year, they were LOSING.

Kobe played iso-ball a lot, help D, double team or whatever... Kobe managed to get his buckets. That's all I'm saying, so relax! :lol

Big Spanish. :hat :hat :hat

Dude continues to get better/do more.

Second year in a row his whole team has been injured and he just puts them on his back.

Just looks like a much different player this year. He's preached in the past about playing good basketball and I tihnk he's really enjoying this style of play. As weird as it may sound, I don't think he enjoyed the "pound dat junt inside" style.

Still waiting on Dawk to post them Troy Daniels highlights. This dude went from a -10.4 PER to 15 PER in 4 games :rollin

If Parsons not back and playing the way we need him to play by Janaury 1, I'm going to stop taking up for him. Grizz keeping him out this damn long for a bone bruise in his non-surgical knee.
